I’m delighted to share my passion for creating beautiful displays and the skills I’ve gathered over the years. Hosting floral workshops is incredibly fulfilling, and I’m eager to help you discover the same joy I get from floral design.
I offer a range of workshops at my cozy studio nestled away from the outside world deep in the woods. Crafting your own displays is both relaxing and enjoyable, and it doesn’t have to be expensive. My main workshops are priced around £35. Depending on the session and workshop theme, we’ll use a mix of fresh flowers, foliage, silk flowers, branches, sticks, dried blooms, and other natural materials. I I also love incorporating pre-loved and upcycled items to make your creations even more special.
The best part for me is seeing the happiness on everyone’s faces as they create their displays. I get so inspired by my students. I promise you’ll leave with something unique and beautiful.
Each workshop lasts around two hours and can accommodate up to 8 people. These sessions are all about tranquility, fun, laughter, relaxation, and learning. You don’t need to spend a fortune to bring the beauty of nature into your home. With a few tips and some resource gathering from the woods, charity shops, the high street, or even your granny’s attic, you’ll always have materials to create something beautiful and unique.
If you can’t make it to my workshop, I can bring the experience to you. I’ve held sessions in workspaces, pubs, creative studios, and even churches, spreading the joy of Botanical Design wherever I go.
One of the nicest compliments I’ve received was from a lovely lady who’s attended several of my workshops. Over the past year, she’s joined four or five sessions and told me, "Cerus, the thing I love about your workshops and your Botanical space is that you give us permission to play."
This meant the world to me. My mission is to celebrate the beauty of learning and help others grow in confidence through creativity. My workbench is a place where you can have fun, design with florals, use your imagination, and create something you’re truly proud of.
I’m not here to make you a world-famous florist. My goal is to provide a space where you can leave your worries at the door, step into a peaceful, beautiful environment filled with stunning florals, and just be creative. I want you to let go of any worries or fears and simply give yourself permission to play.
